Executive Driver

Remuneration: 140k gross
Workdays: Mon - Friday (Saturdays when required)

Role Description
The Executive Driver role at DLE is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Executive Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company executives and designated passengers, ensuring punctual arrival to meetings, events, and appointments. Daily tasks include vehicle inspection and maintenance checks, route planning to optimize travel time, and adherence to traffic regulations and company safety policies. The role involves maintaining a clean, well-presented vehicle, handling confidential information with discretion, and providing courteous, professional support to executives and guests. The Executive Driver may also assist with logistics-related errands, document delivery, and coordination with the operations team when needed.

Qualifications
* Strong vehicle operation skills, including experience with Truck Driving and familiarity with Truck safety and handling.
* Valid driving license, with a clean driving record and knowledge of local and interstate road regulations.
* Effective Communication skills, with the ability to clearly relay information and professionally follow instructions.
* Excellent Customer Service orientation, demonstrating courtesy, patience, and respect toward executives, clients, and colleagues.
* Proven experience as a professional or executive driver, preferably within corporate or logistics environments.
* Good knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes; ability to use GPS and navigation tools efficiently.
* High level of reliability, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
* Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform basic vehicle care tasks; availability to work flexible hours when required.
