Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and reallocate personnel to cover absences.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine walk-throughs and inspections to ensure facilities are cleaned to client or industry standards
  • Staff Development: Train new and existing cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management: Track stock levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals, place reorders, and check equipment for maintenance or safety issues.
  • Client Relations & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, resolve complaints, and submit daily or weekly operational reports.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the team complies with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and wears proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Typical Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of executive experience in commercial, hospitality, or industrial cleaning.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, industrial equipment, and hygiene protocols.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform cleaning duties and stand/walk for long periods
