Executive Engineer

Executive -Engineering -Ekala Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently and preparing an efficient maintenance schedule for all production operations
• Improving plant safety and good engineering practices to minimize hazards and accidents
• Report progress, challenges, and seek advice from senior engineers on complex technical issues.
• Auditing every process, equipment and monitoring compliance to applicable practices
• Resolving all maintenance issues & recommending improvements of the production lines
• Fair knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic and PLC controls

• Automation experience

Candidate Profile:

• National Diploma in Technology (NDT), NDES, HNDE or similar qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills & should have excellent technical knowledge
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/ Negombo/ Gampaha or around proximity
