- Experience in handling processes such as Subrogation, Arbitration, claim intake, setup, assignment, processing support, etc.
- Ability to analyze available documents to determine if there is evidence to pursue recovery from the third party
- Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation
- Provide detailed updates on claim status through emails & letters
- Submit files to Arbitration if required based on damage analysis
- Coordinate and document regular updates for cases with outside collection agencies and attorneys when necessary
- Critical thinker, detail oriented, problem solver
- Ability to understand and analyze available documents & emails
- Clear and effective documentation skills
- Proficient in computer navigation skills and typing
- Work through the subrogation lifecycle by preparing the claim with all required documents and proofs
- Maintain regular communication with Insured, Copart, Claim adjuster and other involved parties.
