Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Executive to join our back-office team. The role involves processing insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for answering phones, directing calls, contacting providers, and accurate and timely patient scheduling. Provides efficient, effective, quality customer service for Primary Care scope of work

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in claims processing or insurance back-office operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
