•Review sold case paperwork to ensure that the necessary documents are provided in order to enter data into system.
•If necessary, final rate any plan design and/or census changes at submission.
•Manage the census upload for all new sold business and inforce for any list billed customer, reviewing system and census uploads to ensure accuracy of data.
•Load payroll calendars accurately to ensure timely payment for claims.
•Collaboration and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues on joint tasks.
•Confirm all information entered is accurate and fed to other RSL systems.
•Collaborate with internal sales partners and account management for policy maintenance on amendments.
•Use tools such as Excel templates, EIS, PACS, EAS, and other software to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
•Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
