Executive - Finance
Job Responsibilities
Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare and present Management Information Reports (FOF) to support decision-making.
Manage factory-related finance operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production and finance.
Oversee tax matters, including preparation, filing, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage inventory control, internal audits, and annual audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Assist in financial reporting, annual report preparation, and audit group reporting requirements.
Support the preparation of Board papers and Audit Committee papers in line with corporate governance standards.
Person’s Profile
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
Full or part qualification in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) (CA Sri Lanka) will be a distinct advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing and/or export industry.
Exposure to SAP ERP systems will be a definite advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive, results-oriented individual with strong organizational and time-management skills.
