Job Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the conceptualisation and development of operational design strategies aligned with guest experience and operational efficiency

  • Lead and manage design programmes for OS&E and NTFFE, from early concept through design development and implementation

  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, layouts, schedules, and specifications

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of documentation across consultants, vendors, and internal departments

  • Actively liaise with external vendors, consultants, and suppliers to manage design intent, submissions, customization, timelines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate vendor evaluations, technical clarifications, mock-ups, and approvals in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Track project milestones, procurement schedules, and delivery timelines to support overall project readiness

  • Support budget tracking, scope alignment, and value engineering related to OS&E and NTFFE packages

  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and design proposals to internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field

Experience

  • 0.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality planning, operational design, project management, design coordination, or logistics-related roles

  • Prior experience working with external vendors, consultants, or suppliers within hospitality, integrated resort, or large-scale developments is preferred

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and the relationship between design, functionality, and guest experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently

  • Comfortable working across office, site, and warehouse-like environments as required by project needs

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence liaising with external vendors

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, coordination, and follow-through capabilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar tools is an advantage

  • Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams
