Executive, HRBP

JOB PURPOSE:

This role supports the day-to-day HR operations while working closely with business leaders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. The position focuses on hands-on HR operations, employee support, and process implementation, while providing basic advisory support to managers on HR matters.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for executing HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers on HR matters, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring HR processes are implemented effectively and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

JOB CONTENT:

Business Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries.
  • Support managers in implementing HR processes and policies.
  • Assist in workforce planning and headcount tracking

HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRIS and employee databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and support data tracking (turnover, headcount, etc.).

Employee Relations:

  • Handle first-level employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary coordination.
  • Support investigations and documentation of employee issues.
  • Escalate complex cases where necessary.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process, including KPIs setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Identify performance trends and develop strategies to address performance gaps.

HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure HR practices follow company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Support updates and communication of HR policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Drive employee engagement and create a positive work environment by running HR People events, initiatives that promote employee well-being.
  • Develop and implement employee communication strategies to foster transparency and alignment.
  • Support the implementation of employee recognition and retention initiatives.

RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be located in Singapore, working on-site at our office located at Expo (DT35/CG1) fully sheltered from the MRT.
