Executive I, Wardrobe

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Wardrobe Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily wardrobe operations, ensuring proper distribution, maintenance, and tracking of uniforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational readiness and maintaining professional grooming standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily issuance, return, and tracking of uniforms.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of uniform inventory records.

  • Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.

  • Coordinate with laundry vendors on uniform cleaning and delivery schedules.

  • Perform basic sewing, mending, and minor alterations when required.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wardrobe area.

  • Assist in resolving basic uniform-related queries from team members.

  • Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with wardrobe procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hotels/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in wardrobe, laundry, or related roles preferred.
