The Retail\nSales Agent will be responsible for converting ATV leads into successful\nonline vehicle purchases on the DriveX Direct platform<\/b>. This role involves engaging\nwith potential buyers over the phone, guiding them through the vehicle discovery\nand purchase process, and driving transaction completion<\/b> between buyers and\nsellers on the platform. The agent plays a critical role in improving buyer\nconversion and platform liquidity<\/b>.<\/span>

Lead Engagement<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Contact buyers who have shown interest in\n vehicles listed on the DriveX Direct platform.<\/span>

  • Understand buyer requirements and guide\n them toward suitable vehicle listings.<\/span>

    Conversion to Transaction<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Assist buyers in progressing from ATV\n stage to confirmed vehicle purchase<\/b>.<\/span>

    • Educate customers on the DriveX Direct\n purchase process<\/b> and build trust in the platform.<\/span>

      Buyer Assistance<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Address customer queries related to:<\/span>
        <\/li>
        • Vehicle condition and\n inspection details<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Pricing and negotiation<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Transaction process<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Documentation requirements<\/span>

          Transaction Coordination<\/span><\/b>

          • Facilitate communication between buyers\n and sellers when required.<\/span>

          • Ensure buyers complete the necessary\n steps to finalize the purchase.<\/span>

            Follow\-ups & Lead Management<\/span><\/b>

            • Maintain regular follow\-ups with\n interested buyers.<\/span>

            • Track and update lead status in CRM\n systems.<\/span>

              • Maintain accurate records of customers\n interactions and deal progress.<\/span>

                Requirements<\/h3>

                Experience<\/span><\/b>

                • 2+ years of experience in tele\-sales,\n inside sales, or online transaction sales roles<\/b><\/span>
