JLL is seeking a driven and commercially astute Executive to join our market-leading team based from our Parramatta office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Canvas the market, source leasing and sales opportunities, and secure new listings across the logistics and industrial sector

  • Develop and maintain strong connections with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, and key market stakeholders

  • Negotiate lease and sale terms, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver insightful market analysis and competition reports

  • Conduct property inspections, track availability, and maintain accurate databases to ensure the team has real-time intelligence

  • Work closely with analysts and support teams to achieve individual and collective revenue targets

  • Meet key performance indicators including:

  • Achieving personal revenue targets

  • Minimum 30 cold calls per week (owners or tenants)

  • Minimum 20 warm calls per week (lease expiries or referrals)

  • Consistent logging of activity, actions, and outcomes

Skills & Experience:

  • Current Real Estate Licence (NSW)

  • Bachelor's degree in Property or related field

  • Proven track record in leasing and/or sales within commercial or industrial property

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay organised under pressure

  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and earn trust

  • Problem-solver with sound judgment and decision-making capability

  • Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset

  • Honest, driven, and hungry to succeed
