Executive Lounge Manager

The Executive Lounge Manager oversees the daily operations of the VIP/Executive Lounge, ensuring 5-star service standards are consistently met. This role blends high-end hospitality, guest relations, and food & beverage management to provide an exclusive, seamless, and memorable experience for premium guests and VIPs.
  • Welcome VIP and Executive Floor guests, handling personalized check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee the daily setup and presentation of the lounge, including food and beverage presentations (breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails).
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor lounge attendants and receptionists to maintain flawless 5-star service standards.
  • Ensure the lounge maintains immaculate cleanliness, high-quality food presentation, and a calm, exclusive atmosphere.
  • Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve complaints instantly, and anticipate their needs before they arise.
  • Manage lounge inventory (linen, cutlery, F&B supplies) and control operational costs in line with the department budget.
