Job Summary
Deliver administrative support to maintain seamless daily operations of the Association.
Responsibilities
- Process membership applications and renewals to maintain accurate member records and enhance engagement through WhatsApp outreach
- Maintain and update the membership database to ensure data accuracy and currency
- Organize and coordinate membership activities and events including AGM, meetings, talks, training sessions, annual Lo Hei celebration, and awards presentation
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure required services and materials for association events and operations
- Manage project timelines and optimize resource allocation to ensure timely completion of tasks and report progress, costs, and expenditures to the Management Committee
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Association’s website and social media platforms such as Facebook to support communication and outreach efforts
- Respond effectively to member inquiries using strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships
- Utilize proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Work independently to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations
