Executive, Order Management
- Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Procurement Process:
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
- Cost Management:
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including R&D, production, and quality control, to understand their material and service needs.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA / B.Tech (Mech, Elec)
- Experience: Fresher, with relevant internships or project experience in procurement/purchasing preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
