Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer\-focused Aerospace Program Manager to lead and manage aerospace programs from project initiation through successful delivery. The role requires strong expertise in aerospace program management, cross\-functional coordination, customer relationship management, and end\-to\-end order execution.
<\/p>

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and business management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, on\-time delivery, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Aerospace Program Management

  • Lead and manage aerospace programs throughout the complete project lifecycle:
    • Project initiation

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and business expectations.

    • Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

    • Drive project governance and ensure alignment with customer and organizational objectives.

      New Project Management
      <\/h2>
      • Manage new project introduction activities and coordinate project kick\-off processes.
        <\/li>
      • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
        <\/li>
      • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from RFQ/NPI to production.
        <\/li>
      • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        End\-to\-End Order Management
        <\/h2>
        • Manage complete order lifecycle to ensure on\-time delivery to customers.
          <\/li>
        • Coordinate with planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for execution of customer orders.
          <\/li>
        • Track order status, production schedules, and shipment commitments.
          <\/li>
        • Resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance.

          Customer Relationship Management & Business Development
          <\/h2>
          • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
            <\/li>
          • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
            <\/li>
          • Understand customer requirements and proactively address concerns and expectations.

          • Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
            <\/li>
          • Drive customer satisfaction through responsive communication and execution excellence.

            Cross\-Functional Coordination
