Executive - Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate project proposals and make recommendations

• Evaluating designs, project cost calculation/estimations, control and implementation

• Designing, Fabrication, Installation, and Commissioning of production plants according to the given specs

• Modifications to the existing glove plants to improve the productivity, quality, less maintenance and reduce maintenance cost

• Installation and commissioning of service & auxiliary assets

• Design and prepare of site layout plans for new factory accommodating all the manufacturing buildings, services, effluent, and waste water treatment systems

Person’s Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (B.Sc. Eng.) from a recognized university.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks software.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with excellent negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
