Responsibilities

  • Communicate company-wide updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Track progress toward key business growth milestones
  • Participate in press opportunities to increase brand visibility and credibility
  • Manage a team and lead programming that aligns with the company’s mission
  • Meet with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strategic relationships
  • Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Manage general activities related to making products and providing services
  • Consult with other executives, staff, and board members about general operations
  • Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements
  • Appoint department heads and managers
  • Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance indicators
  • Identify places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies, and programs

Required skills and qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in corporate management
  • Innate entrepreneurial spirit
  • Dynamic approach to goal setting and strategy
  • Demonstrated success in previous leadership roles
  • Natural communication skills and an ability to command a room
