Executive Record Reterival Voice
- Providing 1st level support on client projects, including
- Identification of parties to call/follow-up
- Voice calls
- Update notes in case management system
- Creation of reports as per client’s specifications
Common Function
- Achieve individual productivity and quality goals
- Participate in training initiatives to develop knowledge
- Integrate procedural changes into daily routine
- Support other team members in meeting service expectations
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
A graduate from a reputed university (minimum).
6 to 12 months of experience, preferably in call center in a reputed BPO/LPO.
