Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead senior and executive level hiring, with a strong focus on high-skill, future-critical talent areas such as AI, data, engineering, consulting, and product. You bring a top-tier executive search background and a research-led, insight-driven approach to hiring, and you operate as a strategic partner to business leaders.
You’ll play a key role in building high-quality, AI-native talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and providing sharp market intelligence on emerging skills, roles, and competitors.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end hiring for senior level roles across multiple business units, owning quality outcomes rather than throughput
• Partner with leadership to define role mandates, success profiles, and talent strategy shaped by skills scarcity, speed, and business priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams, bringing insight on AI talent markets, emerging skill clusters, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks for high-demand talent
• Build deep, forward-looking talent maps and engage high-quality passive candidates across global markets
• Apply executive search methodologies to map talent ecosystems, track emerging leaders in AI and tech, and build long-term pipelines for critical capabilities
• Engage senior talent through structured, high-touch outreach and storytelling, positioning Fractal as an AI-first, high-impact career destination
• Drive a differentiated candidate experience, especially for top-tier talent
• Partner across business leaders, HR and talent teams, and global stakeholders to deliver both speed and quality in hiring outcomes
• Track and interpret AI and tech talent supply-demand dynamics, role evolution across skill groups, and competitive hiring activity, bringing proactive, insight-led recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll bring genuine depth in the core of the role:
• A research-led, insight-driven approach drawn from executive search
• Strong research and talent-mapping capability that goes well beyond sourcing
• A proven ability to engage and convert high-quality passive talent

• A deep understanding of AI and tech talent landscapes, or the ability to build it quickly
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
• A hands-on, individual-contributor style: you’re in the work, not just overseeing it

• A boundaryless, team-player mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• High intellectual curiosity about AI trends, talent shifts, and emerging roles and skill adjacencies
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving, AI-driven environment
Experience & Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or executive search
• A strong background in executive search firms (highly preferred)
• Experience hiring for technology, AI, or data roles, or adjacent complex, high-skill domains
• A demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor

How This Role Works:
This is a strategic, hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to shape talent strategy while personally running research, mapping, and high-touch engagement for the most critical, hardest-to-fill roles, combining the rigor of executive search with the speed and curiosity of an AI-first company.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $130,000, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to achieving hiring and talent-acquisition goals.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
