Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Recruiter who will serve as a high-impact strategic talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, assessing, and closing senior-level and hard-to-find talent across highly specialized construction and industrial markets. This role requires an expert-level executive sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, can pivot priorities quickly, and confidently partners with executives and senior hiring leaders to deliver exceptional white-glove hiring outcomes.
Essential Job Duties
- Lead full-cycle executive recruiting searches for senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across specialized construction and industrial markets.
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, talent identification, and proactive passive candidate outreach.
- Partner closely with executives, senior hiring leaders, and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, define role requirements, and advise on talent availability and hiring strategy.
- Identify, engage, assess, and cultivate high-caliber executive and senior professional talent through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and industry relationships.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screens and evaluations focused on leadership capability, technical expertise, cultural alignment, motivation, and long-term organizational fit.
- Manage complex search processes with urgency, discretion, and precision while balancing shifting priorities and confidential hiring needs.
- Advise on offer strategy, compensation expectations, candidate motivations, and closing approach to secure top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate and stakeholder experience that reflects Loenbro’s brand, values, and commitment to excellence.
- Represent the organization externally through executive networking, industry events, strategic talent outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing; experience in construction recruiting is a plus.
- Proven success recruiting and sourcing for various corporate and executive roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
- Technical proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
