The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and presenting top-tier talent for leadership and mission-critical positions. You will build relationships with candidates, develop expertise within a specialized industry, and help connect professionals with meaningful career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, research, and outreach activities.

  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and career objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Develop industry knowledge and stay informed on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent movement.

  • Present qualified candidates and provide insight throughout the search process.

  • Maintain accurate records and activity within recruiting systems and databases.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes.

  • Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, account management, or professional experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable building relationships and engaging with professionals over the phone and through outreach efforts.

  • Resilience, persistence, and the ability to stay motivated through challenges.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

  • Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
