Executive, Sales & Partnership
We are looking for two dynamic and energetic Executives, Sales & Partnership to drive our business expansion in 2026. This is a field-heavy role requiring significant movement to meet partners and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a partnership—from the initial pitch and onboarding to maintaining long-term, high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Engagement (70% Travel): This role requires extensive travel (approximately 70% of the time) to visit client sites, meet potential partners, and conduct meetings across the region.
- Client & Partner Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process on the ground, ensuring partners are properly integrated and understand the service/product value.
- Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated face of the company; maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term loyalty.
- Presentations & Pitches: Create professional, data-driven presentation decks and deliver persuasive pitches to stakeholders, often in a face-to-face setting.
- Sales & Partnership Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Documentation: Use Advanced MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) to report on field activities, track client feedback, and manage the partnership database.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a field-based relationship management role.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Must be highly mobile and willing to travel frequently (up to 70% of work hours) for client meetings and field operations.
Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for high-quality presentations).
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to represent the brand professionally in diverse environments.
