[What the role is]

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.

We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.

[What you will be working on]

  • Design and curate CET programmes in the areas of plant operations and skills training mapped to recognised skills & competencies frameworks;

  • Develop curriculum and associated assessments, course materials and the co-ordination of course delivery;

  • Conduct training, where applicable;

  • Establish and manage partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations and/or subject matter experts.

[What we are looking for]

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering or built environment discipline;

  • 5 years of working experience in the built environment sector, with hands-on experience in plant operations such as crane operations and excavators

  • Experience in leading teams in construction projects;

  • Passion for developing competency of professionals in the built environment sector;

  • Driven, resourceful and able to work independently and in teams.
