EXECUTIVE, SECRETARY CONFIDENTIAL
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Managing of work calendar, schedule internal/external meetings and appointments.
- Preparation of presentation materials and other documents.
- Travel arrangements.
- Processing expense claims.
- Prepare reports and maintain filing system.
- Organizing office operations and office maintenance.
- Clerical functions e.g. correspondence and expense management, maintaining filing systems.
- Retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Keeping management informed by regularly providing reports; summarizing information.
- Event planning and execution.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualification & Experience Generally Required
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably qualification in Secretarial.
- 5 years of confidential secretariat experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Self-driver, resourceful and a good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organized and able to handle high level of confidentiality.
- Effectively bilingual to liaise with overseas counterparts.
- Proficient in all MS Office Application.
