Executive/Senior Executive (Group Human Resource)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining confidential employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
  • Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
  • Administer monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification, overtime calculations, leave records, statutory contributions, payroll reconciliation, and ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle all work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters, ensuring compliance with prevailing employment and immigration regulations.
  • Provide HR advisory and first-level support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.
  • Liaise with training providers on course registrations, scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Assist in planning and organising staff engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support the handling of employee grievances and complaints, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with local employment laws and statutory regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
