Job Description:
We are seeking suitable candidates for a HTMSD project role supporting the Cardiovascular Information System within the Home Team Medical Service Division.
The role involves supporting data management, data governance, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis to support organisational healthcare and screening initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, coordinate data management and data security for Home Team Medical Service Division (HTMSD) Cardiovascular Information System dataset including data analysis to meet the needs of HTMSD projects.
- To engage various stakeholders to enable smooth running of the HTMSD Cardiovascular Information System, including data collection, data management and data security.
- Ensure project governance according to project agreements with external stakeholders which include monitoring data transfers, enforcing data ownership, and overseeing service delivery standards of stakeholders in accordance with the project agreement.
- Work to ensure alignment of medical screening process to organisational best interest of optimizing manpower deploy ability while reducing cardiac risk.
- Assist in data cleaning and data extraction of medical collator database.
- Review cardiac registry database periodically to ensure clean data, check for completeness, errors and maintain backup versions.
- Assist in analysis of data periodically for epidemiological trends using statistical methods and flag any patterns or concerns to the principal investigators.
- Assist in administrative matters related to insights gathering and data analytics.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline (preferably in data management, analytics, or related fields)
- Experience in data management and/or data analytics will be an advantage
- Good stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
