KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Media Relations:
Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with media. Assist in drafting press releases, media responses, and coordinating media outreach and coverage tracking.Event Management:
Coordinate corporate events, media briefings, and stakeholder engagements. Manage logistics, vendors, and event execution to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with communication objectives.Internal & External Communications:
Draft and coordinate internal announcements, employee communications, and external messaging. Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate communication guidelines.Notification of AIR to Unitholders:
Coordinate and execute timely notification of Annual and Interim Reports (AIR) to unitholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and proper dissemination across channels.Maintenance of Corporate Profiles:
Maintain and update corporate credentials, company profiles, spokesperson profiles, and presentation materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.Video Development (Internal & Corporate Messaging):
Support the planning and production of videos such as internal interviews, CEO messaging, and corporate announcements. Coordinate scripting, filming, and post-production with agencies and internal stakeholders.Spokesperson Management:
Assist in managing spokesperson engagements, including preparation of briefing materials, key messages, and coordination of interviews or speaking opportunities.Crisis Communication Support:
Support the execution of crisis communication plans/drills, including drafting holding statements, coordinating internal approvals, and ensuring timely and consistent communication during issues or incidents.Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with internal stakeholders, PR agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of communication initiatives and adherence to quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
Experience in media relations, event management, and corporate communications is preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate communication policies is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with media monitoring or content tools is a plus.
