Inventory Management:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control strategies.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record\-keeping.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels based on production requirements.
    <\/li>
  • To create the GRN in the ERP system.
    <\/li>
  • Generating all required reports regarding the stock levels using MS\-Excel
    <\/li>
  • Make stock ledger reports as per Management requirements.
    <\/li>
  • Mitigation of similar looking parts by properly allocating location and providing identification/labelling.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Material Handling:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of automotive components and materials.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of sensitive and high\-value automotive parts.
      <\/li>
    • Supervise the packaging and handling of materials.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Warehouse Operations:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.
        <\/li>
      • Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Documentation:<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.
          <\/li>
        • Prepare and analyse reports on inventory levels and other relevant metrics.
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Continuous Improvement:<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Identify opportunities for process improvement in store operations.
            <\/li>
          • Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and reduce costs.
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Compliance and Regulations:<\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
              <\/li>
            • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting the automotive supply chain.

              Requirements<\/h3>
              • Bachelors degree/ Diploma in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
                <\/li>
              • Proven experience in in\-store management within the automobile industry.
                <\/li>
              • Knowledge of automotive components and supply chain dynamics.
                <\/li>
              • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
                <\/li>
              • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
                <\/li>
              • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
                <\/li>
              • Leadership experience in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.
