Role Brief

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage the employee lifecycle from offer rollout to exit, ensuring smooth

HR operations and a positive employee experience. The role includes onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and exit
<\/div>
<\/div>
management, along with coordination with internal stakeholders for timely service delivery and accurate documentation.

\u2022 Handle key HR processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits within defined timelines.

\u2022 Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and support audit readiness.

\u2022 Oversee HR administration including employee letters, onboarding kits, and other lifecycle documentation.

\u2022 Improve employee experience by resolving HR queries quickly and ensuring timely support.

\u2022 Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely data availability.

\u2022 Manage the end\-to\-end employee exit process, ensuring smooth and structured separation.

\u2022 Ensure timely Full & Final (F&F) settlement, relieving letters, and exit documentation.
