Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and process\-oriented Stores & Inventory Executive to manage day\-to\-day warehouse, inventory, and material handling activities in a manufacturing/EMS environment. The role involves inventory control, ERP/SAP transactions, material movement management, audit coordination, KPI tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Stores & Inventory Operations
<\/h2>

• Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process and ensure accurate material receipt entries.

• Handle goods receipt, storage, and material movement activities efficiently.
  <\/li>
• Maintain inventory control through proper PIC (Perpetual Inventory Control) practices.
  <\/li>
• Conduct ABC analysis for inventory classification and optimization.
  <\/li>
• Ensure proper binning and material identification for traceability and storage efficiency.
  <\/li>
• Manage kitting activities for production requirements.
  <\/li>
• Perform material issue transactions through ERP systems accurately and timely.
  <\/li>
• Handle RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) and NRGP (Non\-Returnable Gate Pass) processes.

• Coordinate E\-Sugam documentation and compliance activities.

  Inventory Management & Material Control
  <\/h2>

  • Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) implementation for inventory management.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor consumable handling and stock usage.
    <\/li>
  • Perform stock transformation and inventory transactions through SAP/ERP systems.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate stock verification and reconciliation activities.
    <\/li>
  • Support inventory accuracy and minimize material discrepancies.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    ERP / SAP / MES Operations
    <\/h2>

    • Handle daily ERP/SAP transactions related to stores and inventory activities.
      <\/li>
    • Perform stock transformation and material movement transactions through SAP.
      <\/li>
    • Support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) day\-to\-day activities and management.
      <\/li>
    • Maintain accurate system records and inventory documentation.

      Audit & Compliance
      <\/h2>

      • Support and coordinate customer audits related to stores and inventory processes.
        <\/li>
      • Ensure ISO awareness and compliance within stores operations.
        <\/li>
      • Conduct daily 5S audits and drive workplace organization improvements.
        <\/li>
      • Maintain required documentation and records for audit compliance.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Reporting & KPI Management
        <\/h2>

        • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and inventory status reports.
          <\/li>
        • Monitor and track stores\-related KPIs.
          <\/li>
        • Support continuous improvement initiatives in stores and warehouse operations.
          <\/li>
        • Generate reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

          Team & Communication Management

          • Handle manpower allocation and coordination within stores operations.
            <\/li>
          • Coordinate effectively with production, procurement, planning, quality, and logistics teams.
