Executive, Talent Management (Ref 26460)

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including outreach, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and progress tracking

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process

• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups

• Manage and maintain the master database of all candidates, ensuring accuracy and data integrity

• Compile recruitment statistics and prepare reports and presentation decks for management updates

• Support internship management, including coordination, tracking, and engagement of interns

• Organise and support engagement sessions with senior management for top talents

• Manage ongoing engagement initiatives for existing top talent to ensure continued development and retention

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes

• Track and monitor the development and progression of talents across structured programmes

• Support ad-hoc HR projects and talent management initiatives as required

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Data Analytics, or a related field with 1-2 years relevant HR experience

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management is an advantage

• Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
