Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues / queries.<\/span>

Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.<\/span>

Knowledge of computer hardware & software is an added advantage.<\/span>

<\/div>
Excellent language fluency, excellent verbal & written communication skill.<\/span>

Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight.<\/span>

Should be technically sound.<\/span>

Self driven & goal oriented and willing to work on Weekends<\/span>
