Executive
- Oversees and supervises the daily operations of the appointed zone
- Plans the manpower needs of the zone, recruits, and deploys staff, develops, appraises, and promotes them.
- Manages the work performance of subordinates through orientation, training and coaching and disciplining them when necessary.
- Ensures that operational schedules are met, and jobs are completed.
- Ensures conformance to work procedures and standards.
- Handles customer complaints and conducts follow-up service calls/visits to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attends to Clients as the Single Point of Contact for the appointed zone.
- Performs any other related duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
