Position Summary:
PM Hotel Group is seeking a strategic, tactical and visionary Executive Vice President | Commercial Strategies to lead and drive our commercial performance across both our Lifestyle and Brand divisions. This executive-level leader will provide strategic leadership and management of the Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Distribution and Social Media functions, ensuring that all commercial strategies are aligned with the company’s overall goals for growth, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
· Develop and lead the company-wide commercial strategy across all verticals: sales, revenue management, marketing, distribution and social media.
· Drive alignment between commercial functions and property operations to maximize topline performance and market share.
· Lead the integration and differentiation of strategies across both the Lifestyle and Brand portfolios, ensuring tailored approaches while maintaining operational excellence.
· Collaborate with executive leadership to shape organizational growth and positioning in key markets.
Sales & Revenue Optimization
· Oversee enterprise-level sales strategies, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
· Lead the revenue management function, focusing on pricing strategies, forecasting, and distribution channels to achieve optimal profitability.
· Implement best-in-class tools and technologies that support dynamic pricing and demand-generation strategies.
Marketing & Social Media
· Provide visionary leadership for marketing and digital strategy, inclusive of brand storytelling, campaign development, content creation, and omnichannel execution.
· Direct the social media and digital content strategy to build brand engagement, guest loyalty, and direct booking conversion.
· Champion innovation in digital marketing practices and ensure alignment with evolving consumer behavior and hospitality trends.
Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing commercial team across disciplines and geographic locations.
· Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
· Serve as a key partner to ownership groups, brand representatives, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency, communication, and alignment on goals.
Qualifications:
· 15+ years of progressive experience in hospitality or commercial field with significant executive-level leadership in commercial functions.
· Proven success overseeing multi-brand and/or lifestyle portfolios in a third-party management environment preferred.
· Deep expertise in sales strategy, revenue management, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
· Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
· Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
