Experienced conveyancing secretary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, refinancing and redemption
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, banks, law firms, developers, and government agencies
  • Conduct conveyancing searches and submissions
  • Assist lawyers in completion matters
  • Manage timelines, appointments, and filing systems
  • Handle CPF, IRAS, SLA, and e-stamping processes
  • Prepare billing and completion accounts where required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in conveyancing practice in Singapore preferred
  • Familiar with Singapore conveyancing procedures and documentation
  • Knowledge of: CPF submissions, e-stamping, SLA/INLIS searches and bank loan documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling refinancing, HDB and private property transactions
  • Familiarity with legal practice management systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
