Expert Network Project Coordinator

This role sits at the heart of global market research operations, supporting the execution of quantitative and qualitative studies across healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will play a key part in ensuring research projects run smoothly from setup to completion, maintaining high standards of quality, timing, and client satisfaction. Working closely with client service teams, vendors, respondents, and stakeholders, you will help coordinate complex fieldwork activities across multiple countries. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You will contribute directly to the success of international research studies by optimizing sampling strategies and ensuring efficient respondent engagement. Accountabilities:
- Manage sampling and fieldwork activities, including screener review and quality checks for assigned research projects.
- Execute end-to-end project tasks such as link setup and testing, multilingual requests, desk research, invitation delivery, exclusion list management, approvals, invoicing, and cost reconciliation.
- Coordinate with respondents, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely communication.
- Build, update, and monitor customized fielding plans while tracking sampling performance and response rates.
- Organize and support pretest/pilot interviews, including direct interaction with clients and scheduling coordination.
- Design and request multichannel recruitment strategies (email, phone, social media, forums, referrals, and more).
- Identify risks in fieldwork execution, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate on solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support scheduling activities, troubleshoot respondent access issues, and assist with qualitative platform coordination.
- Contribute to meeting documentation, checklist completion, and clear communication of project updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, with excellent grammar proficiency.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Basic quantitative ability, including understanding of incidence rates, response rates, and cost calculations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in or exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or market research environments is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
