Roles and Responsibilities:

1.\tManage day\-to\-day operations related to Export Pricing and Export Logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all export\-related transactions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
2.\tPerform detailed cost calculations and pricing analysis to support competitive and profitable export pricing strategies.
<\/div>
<\/div>
3.\tMaintain and update all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc.) in compliance with export regulations and company policies.
<\/div>
<\/div>
4.\tCoordinate with overseas vendors and freight forwarders to obtain competitive export freight rates and service quotes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
5.\tEnsure compliance with export customs regulations, export control laws, and Incoterms, proactively addressing any regulatory updates.
<\/div>
<\/div>
6.\tSupport and oversee export shipping documentation, including preparation and verification of required paperwork for smooth customs clearance and cargo movement.
<\/div>
<\/div>
7.\tWork cross\-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, etc.) and external partners to ensure timely and cost\-effective export shipments.

8.\tMonitor changes in international trade regulations, export incentives, EXIM policies, and industry trends to optimize export pricing and operational strategies.

<\/div>5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including advanced formulas), and

<\/div>6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
