Express Advisor - Mountain States Toyota

The Express Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Express Service. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately identifying vehicle maintenance needs, coordinating timely service, and communicating repair recommendations while ensuring efficient workflow throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repair services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express maintenance services
  • Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and additional repair recommendations to customers.
  • Review completed work with customers, explain services performed, and process vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, repair documentation, and warranty information.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting dealership productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Previous experience in automotive service advising, customer service, or dealership operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance services and vehicle systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and dealership service management software.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Compensation:

  • $48,000 to $60,000

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Saturday availability
  • Sundays off
