F and B SUPERVISOR

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation, and direct management of restaurant operations.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Responsible for the supervision and performance of the Brew Brothers FOH restaurant staff to ensure exemplary guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure team members are meeting the standards taught in training.

  • Review staffing levels daily to maintain and control costs reflective of business levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

  • Assist manager with all sanitation and nutrition practices in restaurant so the outlet meets or exceeds said practices and requirements.

  • During operating hours, coordinate all FOH activities including but not limited to greeting, seating of guests, and dining room service.

  • Responsible for evaluating, coaching, and counseling to develop team members.

  • Assist management in maintaining cost through proper controls, inventory, and ordering.

  • Plans, organizes, and completes work timely.

  • Takes initiative, shows ownership, and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.

  • Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.

  • Can lift to 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Able to stand, lift, twist, and bend.
  • Move effectively in the outlets to observe and support team members.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.
  • Receive and maintain all required certifications.
  • Complete all required company training.
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
