Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Oversight: Supervising daily shifts.
  • Team Leadership: Training, scheduling, and mentoring service staff to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Customer Service: Handling customer complaints, resolving service issues, and ensuring a standard dining experience.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Administration: Utilizing POS system to input orders and preparing daily reports for management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in F&B service, often with at least 1 year of experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management. (Training provided)
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with guests
