F&B Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and efficient F&B Coordinator to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our Food and Beverage & Kitchen department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our F&B team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

  • Assist in staff scheduling and part time workers.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining up-to-date halal documentation such as halal certificates, ingredient lists, and supplier declarations.
  • Liaise with the Halal Executive to ensure that suppliers and products meet halal certification standards.
  • Support internal halal audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Process and track purchase orders.
  • Assist in menu planning.
  • Generate and analyze reports on sales, costs, and inventory levels.
  • Support the F&B team in organizing and scheduling events.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of food safety certifications and training.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist F&B operations when needed, including during peak service times, events, or staff shortages.
  • 1 years of experience in F&B administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic accounting skills for budget tracking and financial reporting
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with menu planning and pricing strategies
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fair communication skills in English
