As Food & Beverage Executive, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage leadership team, ensuring the smooth coordination and organisation of all departmental activities. You will play a key role in managing documentation, reporting, communication and operational follow‑up, supporting the delivery of exceptional service standards across all outlets. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment and enjoys supporting senior management and multi‑outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage management team across all outlets and operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and departmental documentation
- Maintain and update records, logs and filing systems for operational and financial information
- Support scheduling coordination, rosters and departmental communications
- Assist with inventory tracking, procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Coordinate internal communication between outlets, kitchen and other hotel departments
- Monitor and follow up on action plans, projects and operational updates
- Support the organisation of meetings, briefings, events and training sessions
- Ensure compliance documentation, audits and standards are maintained accurately
- Assist in analysing operational data, reports and performance metrics
- Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and operational information
- Uphold company policies, procedures and brand standards at all times
Core Competencies
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and service‑focused individual who demonstrates strong administrative capability and attention to detail. You should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or Food & Beverage support role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑outlet operational environment
- A proactive mindset, supporting management and driving follow‑through on tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Professional presentation and a positive, service‑oriented attitude
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
