Job Description

-Lead the team and manage team’s morale.

-Maintain safety and hygiene standards.

-Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints.

-Manage and coordinate to ensure smooth service performance.

-Manage any troubleshooting at outlet level and make decision at supervisory level.

-Coordinate with marketing executive for promotional event.

-Staff training of new/existing staff.

-Communicate with team through regular briefing about the standards and business requirements to be delivered.
