F&B MANAGER

Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations

  • Manages the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage sections.
  • Coordinated and supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products
  • Assist in developing and implement formal training plans for the Food and Beverage Department staff.
  • Liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries and checking of items’ quality and quantity.
  • Management and supervision of staff.
  • Checking and ensuring sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replenishments when necessary.
