Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
• Set up and reset tables efficiently
• Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly
• Work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, customer service, or retail is advantageous
• Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
