F&B Server

Servers will greet guests, take their orders, and serve them in a timely manner. Servers should be focused on providing excellent customer service to all guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve them in a timely manner.
  • Be knowledgeable of the menu, kitchen operations, lodge operations, liquor compliance laws, Board of Health regulations, etc.
  • Utilize cash registers and credit card machines accurately.
  • Maintain a clean environment for staff and guests, following correct sanitation procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
