Key Responsibilities

  • Provide good customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Take orders and serve food accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cashiering duties and POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
  • Assist in drinks preparation.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and teamwork with kitchen staff
  • Follow company SOPs and service standards

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Relevant experience in F&B is an advantage
