F&B Service Crew (Intern)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
  • Take and manage customer orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide attentive service to ensure customers’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Process payments, including handling cash and card transactions securely.
  • Prepare tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
  • Clear tables and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist with oil filtering.
  • Support with dishwashing duties.
  • Assist with events setup and ground support.
  • Role involves standing for extended periods.
  • Able to operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Superiors

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Working Arrangements

  • 5-day work week with rotating shifts (including weekends).
  • Typical shift: 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm (overtime pay provided if required).
  • Transport provided for shifts ending after midnight.
  • Staff meals provided.
