F&B Service Crew (Intern)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
- Take and manage customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Provide attentive service to ensure customers’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Process payments, including handling cash and card transactions securely.
- Prepare tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
- Clear tables and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Operations Responsibilities
- Assist with oil filtering.
- Support with dishwashing duties.
- Assist with events setup and ground support.
- Role involves standing for extended periods.
- Able to operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine.
- Any other duties as assigned by Superiors
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Working Arrangements
- 5-day work week with rotating shifts (including weekends).
- Typical shift: 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm (overtime pay provided if required).
- Transport provided for shifts ending after midnight.
- Staff meals provided.
