Service Crew (Halal Traditional Bakery) – 8 Positions

💰 Salary: $2,400 – $2,600 + $14 Night Shift Allowance + Attractive Benefits

Join a well-loved halal bakery brand renowned for its traditional baked delights and warm customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to be part of our growing team at Changi Airport.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve bakery products according to company standards.
• Recommend products and promote ongoing offers.
• Operate POS systems, payment terminals, and food delivery devices.
• Ensure products are well displayed and adequately replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support daily outlet operations and work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment.
• Experience in bakery, café, retail, or F&B operations is an advantage.
• Candidates able to work overnight shifts (11:00pm – 7:00am) will have an added advantage.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Rotating shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm.
• Overnight shift opportunities available.
